• Paracetamol Dosage Chart

• 5-12 years

• Strength: 240mg/5ml

• Dose: May be taken every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 4 doses in 24 hours.

• Child Age Weight Dosage

• 5-6 years 18-20 kg 6ml

• 6-7 years 20-22 kg 6-7ml

• 7-8 years 22-25 kg 7-8ml

• 8-9 years 25-28 kg 8-9ml

• 9-10 years 28-32 kg 9-10ml

• 10-11years 32-36 kg 10-11ml

• 11-12 years 36-41 kg 11-13ml

• If the medication has not had the desired effect after 24 hours or you

• are worried about the child’s welfare at any time, contact your doctor

• immediately.
