The fondue was half a saucepan of thick cheese sauce with green peppercorns and other flavours, and we had top dip cooked potatoes, bread, , and pickled gherkins, onions and baby corns to eat with it but Rick dipped the pickled stuff too which looked stupid!! Not much romance today ,long bus trip from rovinj to rijeka , no accommodation booked , no sleeper left for tomorrow ferry to split , now at least in nice hotel even if in dirty city port Maybe things will improve from split .
